What does a session look like?

In my practice I  may use a combination of hands-on reiki, guided journeys, drums, rattles, aromatherapy, crystals, stones, flowers and other natural elements. A session is between 1-11/2 hours long and is done in my apartment in NYC, or in my High Falls location.  I can also travel to you. You are fully dressed in comfy, loose clothing. After a brief chat, you’ll be guided to lie down on the table and the session will begin.  The healing can be immediate, or is incorporated over days, weeks or even months. You can help to expedite this healing process in a number of ways, but the MOST important one is reconnecting with nature. I am talking beyond walking in the park. We must interact with the natural world. This can take many forms such as: grounding- touch the earth, make offerings to the earth, go into the ocean, stargaze, birdwatch, connect with the moon and sun cycles, gardening, tree-hugging etc. Don’t be passive, immerse yourself in the glories of nature. 

Follow up and self-care: It is not necessary to incorporate all of these, tailor it to your needs and abilities.

• Meditate even 2-3 a day can have profound results

• Breathwork-connect with your breath, a simple practice that you can do anywhere

• Yoga

• Stretching

• If it feels right, create a healing altar (if you need tips let me know)

• Take an offering to the base of a tree, blow it into a body of water, or from your window

• Pay attention to your dreams-if called to write them down

• Notice any positive shifts-be aware

• Reflect on the session within a day or two while it is fresh in your mind

• Use the light breathing practice

• If able- Aimlessly wander in nature *take caution to do this where you are safe*

• Drink plenty of purified water and eat the rainbow!

• 1 hour custom session with aromatherapy, crystals, stones, drumming etc. $140 with sound healing $165

• Sound healing 1-4 ppl in house $150 if traveling within 20 miles, $250 for 1-4 ppl, $25 pp after 4 ppl

• Couples healing without sound $240 with sound $280

• Absentee Shamanic reiki $90

• Long distance healing $110 (longer session)

• Land/home blessing/healing $150 + travel expenses (dependent on location)

• Family/ group healing session $400

• Sound bed + Reiki (in Catskills only/2 hours)) $140
